How many bumGenius! 3.0 Cloth Diapers do I need?

If you would like to use bumGenius! 3.0 cloth diapers full time we recommend having at least 18-24 diapers on hand.  This will allow you to wash every other day.  If you are using another cloth diapering system such as prefolds or fitted cloth diapers and covers, it's nice to have a few bumGenius! 3.0 on hand for going out or for babysitters.  They're as easy to use as disposable and are a favorite cloth diaper with grandparents, babysitters and daycares.

Washing and Drying your bumGenius! 3.0 Cloth Diapers:

• Fasten laundry tabs to the inside of the diaper
• Prewash new diapers in any temperature with a small amount of cloth diaper approved detergent like Rockin' Green.  No fragrances, fabric softeners or bleach
• For regular wash do a cold rinse
  
• Hot wash with cloth diaper approved detergent - 1/4 the amount you would use for a load of regular laundry
• Double rinse cold
• Line dry the covers, dry inserts in the machine on normal heat
