Shipping
We offer free shipping in Canada on orders of $75.00 or more. Orders of $74.99 or less ship within Canada for a low flat rate of $7.50. We ship via Canada post expedited parcel, which includes a tracking number and insurance . If you feel your package can be sent letter mail please contact us. Examples of items that can be sent letter mail are one or two Bummis covers or one Nana Knit hat. If you choose this option we will charge actual shipping. Please note that letter mail does not include a tracking number or insurance and we will not be resposible for items sent this way, that are lost in the mail. Need your package in a hurry? Contact us for a cost estimate to ship Xpress Post or Priority Courier.
For shipments to the United States we charge a flat rate of $8.50 CAD. Shipping insurance and a tracking number are not included, please consider purchasing extra insurance if your package requires it. We will not be responsible for packages shipped without insurance that are lost in the mail. Weecare Diaper Company is not responsible for any taxes or duty you may be charged by customs officials.
For all other international orders we charge actual shipping. Please contact us for a quote. International customers are responsible for any taxes and duties charged by customs officials. Please note: Customers outside Canada or the U.S.A. should order via e-mail as our shopping cart will only process orders from North America. Weecare Diaper Company is not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be charged by customs officials.
Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day.
Please expect a delivery time of between 2 to 10 days for domestic orders. International orders can take up to 15 days but may arrive sooner.
Local Pick-up
We offer local pick-up in Aldergrove, B.C. If you would like to pick your order up please choose "walk in" as your shipping option at check out. When we receive your order we will contact you to arrange a day and time to pick up your order and to give our address. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order but let us know if you need your purchase in a hurry and we will do our best to accomodate you.Items returned to us a undeliverable
If your parcel is returned to us because we were given and incomplete or incorrect address payment of the return shipping fee and actual shipping costs to reship the item are the buyers resposibility. If you would prefer a refund we will deduct the original actual shipping costs plus the return shipping fees from the amount of the refund.Returns
We choose our products carefully and stand behind them with a money back gaurantee. Unless otherwise stated, you may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange, less the shipping charges. This includes items which have been washed or used with the exception of opened skin care products and wool diaper covers. Skin care products and wool diaper covers must be unopened and unused/unwashed to qualify for an exchange or refund. Please contact us prior to sending an item in for refund or exchange. If items are unopened and in original condition we can usually accept them for a reasonable time period beyond 30 days, often up to 90 days but please contact us before shipping back an item. We cannot accept out of package or washed or used items beyond 30 days. We cannot accept exchanges on custom orders. All shipping costs incurred in the return or exchange of items are the buyers responsibility unless the return is due to an error by Weecare Diaper Company. Please contact us prior to sending anything back for a return or exchange. Items sent back to us will without prior notice will be returned to sender.
Please note: Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
